Chef Ken is a seasoned culinary professional with over 20 years of experience in a wide array of cuisines, both in the United States and internationally. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, his training includes studying at the prestigious Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, followed by an apprenticeship at the renowned Greenbrier Hotel. He attributes much of his passion for cooking to his parents—one a professional baker and the other a chef. Throughout his career, Chef Ken has worked in a variety of restaurants specializing in French, modern Mexican, Italian, Eastern European, and South East Asian cuisines. His experience as the head chef of multiple restaurants in Shanghai provided him with a unique opportunity to immerse himself in China’s competitive culinary scene while also learning from local cultures and cuisines. Over the last 8 years, Chef Ken has served as the Club Chef and Executive Sous Chef at New Seabury Country Club, where he played a pivotal role in executing weddings, golf events, and private member functions.
