Chef Sean is a graduate of Johnson & Wales in Charleston S. C. He was previously at the Four Seasons Hotel at the Fountain Restaurant in Philadelphia, which was ranked the number two luxury hotel restaurant in the country. He then moved on to be the Head Banquet Chef at the Molly Pitcher Inn in Red Bank N.J. Sean is born and raised in New Jersey. He and his wife, Nora, have two beautiful daughters, Maggie and Aloise, that he enjoys spending all of his time with while not at Black Rock.
Chef Sean describes his style as “service done right”. He believes once you know what a member or guest is looking for, you just need to listen to them and be sure the food and the service speak for themselves. Sean takes pride in the quality of every dish, every drink and every food and beverage staff interaction with the members and their guests.
