At Black Rock Country Club we take special pride in creating celebrations that become your most treasured memories. We offer complete wedding ceremony and reception services, assisting you in designing a truly personal experience. The stunning layout of our Clubhouse built in grand style with sweeping panoramic views of the golf course makes Black Rock the perfect setting for your perfect day.
Conveniently located just 20 miles south of Boston, our facility accommodates groups up to 300 with a variety of seated dining & buffet packages to choose from. Our special events coordinator can help you to plan your complete wedding ceremony and reception as well as your bridal shower, rehearsal dinner or farewell champagne brunch.
 Additional services such as photography and professional video production, ice sculptures, floral creations, musician and limousine referrals, wedding cake referrals, hotel accommodations and off-site activities are also available.

Black Rock Golf Club, Hingham, Mass.
Golf Digest's Best New Private Course of 2003 was a course called The Club at Black Rock in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and I have no quarrel with that. It won fair and square, scoring highest in the collective opinion of Golf Digest panelists, who scrutinized over 150 new courses and judged them on the basis of five different architectural criteria.
But in 2003, there was another new club called Black Rock that I thought was just as good, and maybe even better. Yet Black Rock Golf Club in Hingham, Mass., on Boston's South Shore, didn't challenge for the top spot. Heck, it didn't even sniff a spot in the Top 10 among Best New, and I have no idea why it didn't. Having played both Black Rocks, I think the two are much closer in shot demands, scenery, satisfaction and yes, even surprises, than the 2003 survey indicates.

We take pride in the professional care we've been providing the Golf Course at Black Rock and feel privileged to be able to offer this same level of service to the home sites of the "The Residences at Black Rock.” We have established this part of our website to keep every resident informed concerning all aspects of your lawn care and related services provided as part of your monthly dues.
We’ll also use this real-time portal to keep you up-to-date with changes to regular service schedules that may be caused by Mother Nature. You will always know when your property will be serviced and what services will be performed. Simply click on the "Weekly Schedule" link.
Chuck Welch, Course Superintendent and his able assistant and wife, Jackie Boudreau, head our lawn care team. Both are licensed applicators of fertilizer, pesticides and insecticides. Chuck and Jackie are also trained Ergonomists with over forty combined years of related experience and offer you the latest and most environmentally conscious methods for guaranteeing that you'll see the results you've always wanted for your lawn.
BRCC staff look at many factors that come from the environment. All are important to understand and acknowledge when it comes to farming turf grass. Read more.... |
