Open Bar: An open bar is a bar stocked with all basic liquors, cordials, house wines, and selection of beers.

| Additional brands can be added at your request an additional fee may apply. All Open Bars are billed |
| on actual consumption at end of the evening. Estimated Hourly Fees are listed below only to provide an |
| estimated price point. Please keep in mind open bars could be higher or lower than estimated price. |
|
| Cash Bar: A cash bar is a fully stocked bar, equipped to provide full liquor, beer, and wine service. |
| Your guests are required to pay published prices, which include sales tax and gratuity for their cocktails. |
| A cash bar will require a cashier/bartender to handle all money transactions for an additional fee |
| of $150. |

| If a Special Wine or Liquor is desired for your event and is not currently on the Black Rock Beverage or |
| Wine List arrangements will need to be made one month prior to event date and additional fees may |
| apply. Open Bar can be arranged for Cocktail Hour Only if desired. Cocktail hour will be billed on |
| actual consumption.Table Wine Service and Champagne Toasts are available and will be billed on a per |
| bottle basis. Black Rock is proud to offer an extensive wine list available for table service. |
| When requesting beer,wines,liquors or services not listed, and additional service charge and cost may |
| be applicable. |

| All Bar Prices are based on actual consumption. |
| A 15% service charge, 7% house charge and 5% Massachusetts meals tax are added |
| to Consumption Bars and automatically added to Cash Bars. Alcohol Prices and items are subject to |
|
| change without notice. BRCC as a licensee, is responsible for all the administration of the sale and |
| service of alcoholic beverages in accordance 'with the Massachusetts 'Alcoholic Beverage Commission’s |
| regulations Therefore, Black Rock must supply all liquor |
| *All prices include 1 bar and 2 bartenders. Additional Bars/Bartenders may be added for an additional |
| fee. Additional bars are available at $350 per additional bar set up and $150 per additional bartender. |

| *It is our strict policy that liquor cannot be brought onto the grounds from outside sources, removed |
| from the grounds of the Club, served to 'individuals under 21, or those who appear to be intoxicated. |
