	From the South		From the North
	Take the Route 3 North.		Take the Route 3 South toward Cape Cod.
	Take Exit #15 towards South Hingham/ South Weymouth.		Take Exit # 15 toward South Hingham/ South Weymouth.
	Keep Left at the fork in the ramp.		Keep Right at the fork in the ramp.
	Turn Left off ramp onto Derby Street.		Merge onto Derby Street.
	Turn Left at 2nd light onto Cushing Street. Follow for ~1.5 miles.		Turn Left at 2nd light onto Cushing Street.  Follow for ~1.5 miles.
	Veer Left onto Ward Street ("Y" intersection with double arrow & yellow blinking light).		Veer Left onto Ward Street ("Y" intersection with double arrow & yellow blinking light).
